Each modality offers its own unique gifts. Yoga encourages mindful movement, strength, flexibility, and presence. Meditation invites inner stillness and clarity. Sound and vibrational therapies create opportunities for deep rest and renewal, while Reiki supports energetic balance and relaxation.
