About My Work
My work is not about fixing, it is about re-tuning. Every offering I share is rooted in the understanding that the body, mind, and soul are not separate, but vibrationally entangled, each one echoing the other in a harmonic web of remembrance.
At its core, this is resonance work.
Whether through Reiki, therapeutic sound journeys, meditation, or vibrational techniques, my role is to hold a coherent field where your own system can remember how to harmonize itself.
Healing is not imposed, it is allowed. What emerges is often subtle, but deeply transformative: a softening of the nervous system, a recalibration of breath and rhythm, a lifting of veils between you and your own truth.
Each session is guided by presence, intuition, and the geometry of stillness. This may include crystal sound bowls, tuning forks, voice work, channeled frequency, aromatherapy, and intentional breath, all designed to create the conditions for energetic realignment.
I specialize in supporting those navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma imprints, chronic anxiety, fatigue, and spiritual disconnection. Yet no label is required. You do not need to be “unwell” to return to your frequency.
This is not work that promises to heal you!
It is work that helps you remember you are whole.
I do not offer answers.
I offer space!
